One arm Swings + Snatch 24kg- 5+5R, 5+5L x 4 (about 30sec rest between sets)
Goblet Squat + Two arm Swings 24kg- 5squats + 10 swings x 2 (about 15sec rest between sets)
Few Z drills, Brettzel and Bow stretch to finish
