Stressful day, and not very much sleep last night. Felt good to snatch, hands were great today. Started to feel things in my low back around 40sets so stopped.

Congrats! How long have you been an RKC? I got it done in 2006.

Thanks Robert, I am actually not a RKC yet. I hope to be ready by winter of this year. The new snatch test will be another bump in the road for me.

All you have to do to pass the snatch test is build up sensibly. Work backwards from the date of the test and figure out how to progress slowly and surely. Back off weeks etc. I can't remeber off the top of my head. What number do you have to hit to pass??

After the June RKC, all men (and I think women) will have to do 100 snatchs in 5mins regardless of your weight. But your right, slowly and surely. Just takes time and smart training. Thanks Robert
