Quick Circuit

Deadlift: Cycle #2 Workout #2
160lb x 5
150lb x 5

Circuit: Double 16kg x 3 sets. (30sec rest between sets)
Cleans x 5
Front Squat x 5
Press x 5

Double 16kg Swings: very little rest between sets.
3 sets x 10

Very short on time today, great thing about KB training. It can be very fast, and very effective. All done in less then 30min
