Was at Portland International Raceway with my best buddy being his pit man while he raced his Ducati. There was a small park close by so did some training. Snatch test went ok, think my grip, forearms, wrists were tired from Tuesdays Cleans and Front Squats. Could tell my form was struggling so didn't attempted the next 6 reps. Very little rest during the rest of the workout.

Lockout Holds: Held and walked around to failure
